Dean Schoenfeldt currently serves as District Manager at Parkhurst Dining since May 2019, collaborating with campus leadership across eight partner sites to enhance food services for the campus community. Previously held positions include overseeing operations as a District Manager at six sites, and serving as the Resident District Manager during the dining services transition at Valparaiso University. From 2013 to March 2019, Dean was the Senior General Manager at Mercyhurst University, managing a leadership team to ensure high food and service standards. Dean's career in food service management began at Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, where a decade of experience was gained as General Manager. Dean is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
