Becky Cain is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations, wellbeing, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Parkdean Resorts, Becky has held multiple roles including HR Business Partner and Wellbeing & Inclusion Manager. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Byron, where Becky was the Head of People, and wagamama as HR Business Partner. Becky has successfully partnered with management teams to enhance talent management, coach leaders on employee relations, and improve staff retention. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Human Resources and a Chartered membership from London South Bank University, along with a 2:1 degree in French & English from the University of Hull.
