Larry Sheffield currently serves as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Paramount, focusing on Kids and Family content since September 2020. Responsibilities include structuring and managing high-volume deals for original film and television content, cultivating relationships across departments, and advising on business and legal matters. Concurrently, Larry is an Adjunct Professor at USC Gould School of Law, teaching entertainment law courses. Prior experience includes senior roles at Independent Artist Group and Montana Artists Agency, where Larry was instrumental in integrating operations, negotiating extensive agreements, and managing business and legal affairs. Educational credentials feature a JD and a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law, along with a Bachelor’s from William & Mary, and executive certificates in entertainment and corporate governance.
