Justin Queen is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Paramount since November 2021. Additionally, Justin is the Founder of Queen's Rum, a dark spiced premium rum brand launched in 2021. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Viacom Benelux from December 2015 to December 2021 and Marketing Operations Lead at Converse from March 2008 to December 2015, where Justin focused on optimizing team effectiveness and managing marketing initiatives. Earlier experiences include positions as Marketing Coordinator & Events Manager at Converse, Owner of dance events company Intiem, and Co-Owner of Naturel beach club Scheveningen, where Justin was responsible for marketing and event production. Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commercial and Advertising Art from De Haagse Hogeschool and completed high school at Aloysius College in The Hague.
