Arabela Dandos is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and SOX Compliance within various multinational environments. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of SOX Compliance and Internal Controls at Paramount since 2014, Arabela oversees International Business Process Controls and Compliance in Budapest. Prior to this role, Arabela worked as a Senior Internal Audit Analyst at PepsiCo, focusing on the implementation of Global Control Standards in Hungary, and held positions in Quality Assurance and auditing at TNT Express and Hollo-Tas, Liles & Partners. Arabela's educational background includes degrees in Human Resources and Accounting from the University of Pécs and Budapest Business School, respectively.
