Jolene Small is a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Paramount Resources, having begun this role in 2025. Previously, Jolene worked as a Senior Engineer in Reservoir and Development at Encana Corporation from 2007 to 2020 and held various engineering positions at Encana and other companies, including a Lead Development role at PetroChina Canada from 2022 to 2023. Jolene's educational background includes a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Acadia University, where they are currently enrolled.
