Łukasz Mika is the Engineering and NPI Manager at Paragon Medical, where they currently lead engineering initiatives and new product introductions. Their experience includes roles at Collins Aerospace, where they served as Senior Manager in Manufacturing Engineering, overseeing product implementation and process optimization. Previously, Łukasz worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Befared S.A., designing machining processes and managing production tools. They are pursuing an Engineer's degree at Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna w Bielsku-Białej.
