Ming-Chun (Josephine) Ma is currently the Special Assistant to the General Manager at Para Light Electronics Co., Ltd., where they previously held the position of Special Assistant to the Chairman. They have extensive experience in consulting and risk management, having served as a Sustainability Project Consultant at Sustainable Value Partners and as a Senior at Ernst & Young. Ming-Chun also contributed as an Enterprise Risk Services Consultant at Deloitte and a Six Sigma Project Consultant at Dominion, where they achieved significant cost savings. They earned an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Fu Jen Catholic University.
