Eva G. is a Global People & Culture Leader with over a decade of experience in human resources, having worked with notable companies such as Block, Cruise, and Pinterest. Currently serving as a Senior Director, People Partners at Pantheon, Eva leads HR strategies and talent acquisition efforts. Previously, Eva held managerial roles at Blue Shield of California and Chevron, where they influenced people-centric initiatives and executive leadership development. Additionally, Eva has served as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at Antiracist Agenda, using their background to promote social equity. Eva is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at Emory University and a Master of Science in Managerial Science at Georgia State University.
