Katie Stauss is a Senior International Development Specialist and the Managing Director at Panagora Group, where they focus on programs related to international donor and nonprofit foreign assistance. They founded and consulted for Scintilla Consulting from 2012 to 2023, emphasizing capacity building and monitoring and evaluation systems. Prior to that, they served as a Director at Chemonics International from 2001 to 2012 and volunteered in Small Enterprise Development with the Peace Corps in Senegal between 1998 and 2000.
