Lav Kothari currently serves as Finance Controller for Plants, R&D, and Sales & Marketing at Panacea Biotec since December 2025. Previously, Lav held the position of Plant Finance Head at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from May 2024 to December 2025, overseeing financial activities such as budgeting and financial planning. From May 2018 to May 2024, Lav was the Head of Finance at Utkal Alumina International Limited, a subsidiary of Hindalco Industries Limited, and also worked in various finance roles within Hindalco, including Assistant General Manager and Finance Manager. Earlier in 2016, Lav contributed as a Visiting Faculty for Economics at the Vedic Group of Institutions. Lav Kothari is a Chartered Accountant, having completed the degree at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2012 to 2018.
