Diana Fischer is currently the National Resource Director of Strategic Initiatives at PAM Health, a position held since 2025. With prior experience as an Area Business Development Director at Encompass Health from 2021 to 2023, they have also contributed as a Board Member for the Arizona Burn Foundation between 2017 and 2023. Diana has held various leadership roles in business development across multiple healthcare organizations, including Lifepoint Health and Kindred Healthcare. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Emporia State University and pursued nursing at Gateway Community College.
