Alexey established Palta in 2016 with Yuri Gursky. As a Co-founder, Alexey helps with financial, business, and investment issues. He founded XBT Holding (Servers.com) in 2005, which was acquired by CloudOne Digital in 2023. Alexey has lived in Cyprus with his family since 2002. He is an evangelist for an IT business based in Cyprus. As a member of the Board of Directors of TechIsland, the leading tech business association in Cyprus, he dedicates himself to impactful projects supported by the association. He has been awarded several prestigious accolades for his work in developing the Cypriot business environment, including the Editor's Choice Award by IMH Business, "Thought Leader of the Year" and others. Alexey supports social initiatives like Limassol skate park and City Friend's Club charity.
