Michael Rizzo is a Senior Principal Security Architect at Palo Alto Networks, specializing in the design and development of automation use cases to enhance security operations. Having previously served as a Principal Professional Services Consultant, they focused on Cortex products and services, delivering design and implementation support for security solutions. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Michael worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Amway, where they managed data center and campus networks. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Systems from Ferris State University in 2007, and began their career as a Student Technician in Information Systems and Technology at the same institution.
