Irmgard Deifel is currently the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits at PALFINGER Group, a position held since 2019. Previously, Irmgard served as a Senior HR Business Partner at PALFINGER Group from 2017 to 2019 and held various roles, including Human Resources Consultant at Red Bull GmbH from 2000 to 2009 and in Personalwesen at Porsche Holding GmbH from 2010 to 2017. Irmgard has also contributed academically as a Universitätslektorin at Johannes Kepler University from 2013 to 2022. Irmgard's education includes a degree in Sozialwirtschaft from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, a Systemischer Coach certification from Institut Kutschera, and a CAS in Compensation & Benefits Management from Hochschule für Wirtschaft Freiburg.
