Jean O'Toole is an accomplished business management, project management, and marketing executive with extensive experience in supporting C-Level executives and board members. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chairman of the Board at Palermo's Pizza, Jean previously held the role of Director of Marketing and Communications at Alverno College, where they successfully reorganized communication strategies, leading to significant budget cost savings. Prior to that, Jean was the Executive Director of the New York Beef Council from 2005 to 2022, where they spearheaded consumer promotion activities and managed multiple budgets, driving revenue growth and strategic initiatives. Jean’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and ongoing fellowships with LEAD NY at Cornell University.
