Edith Pencil, CHRL, CTMP, is the Director of Employee Services at Performance Auto Group, where they oversee human resources for 38 dealerships and over 2,000 employees. With more than two decades of experience in the retail automotive industry, including over ten years in Human Resources, Edith advocates for diversity and inclusion, founding PAG's women's network, Women Who Drive Performance. As a co-founder and Executive Chair of People Experience at Accelerate Auto, Edith aims to enhance representation of Black talent within the automotive sector. An active participant in industry discussions on workplace inclusion, Edith is also committed to mentoring future talent and promoting career paths in the automotive industry. They hold a BA in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto and possess professional designations as a Certified Human Resources Leader and Certified Talent Management Practitioner.
