Karla Kelly is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Packaging Exchange, overseeing strategic management of 26 operations across the USA and Canada since February 2023. Prior to this role, Karla played a crucial part in the launch and operational management of Packaging Exchange as Senior Vice President of Operations. With nearly two decades of experience at Victory Packaging, Karla served as Executive Vice President of Operations, managing regional operations across Mexico and the USA, and previously held various leadership positions including Vice President of Operations in Mexico and General Manager for West Mexico. Karla holds degrees in Strategic Operations Management and Corporate Governance from Wharton Executive Education, as well as a Bachelor's in Business Management from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez.
