Elke Geiger is a seasoned leader in health care transformation with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director for Columbia Gorge Coordinated Care Organization at PacificSource Health Plans since November 2016, Elke leads initiatives focusing on health improvement in collaboration with regional stakeholders. Previous roles within PacificSource include Program Manager and Practice Coach, where responsibilities encompassed behavioral health integration and quality improvement. Prior experience at Providence Health & Services as Clinic Operations Manager involved oversight of daily operations and budget management. Earlier roles included Management Information Systems & Evaluation Manager at Mid-Columbia Center for Living, Senior Associate at Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory, and various educational roles. Elke holds an MBA, MA, and BA from Portland State University, Claremont Graduate University, and the University of Southern California.
