Karen Meyer is a retired operations consultant and mentor who now volunteers as a board member for nonprofits while traveling part-time between Cozumel, Mexico, and San Francisco, California. After 25 years in the high-tech industry, including a successful tenure as Vice President of Operations at L-3 Communications SafeView, which developed millimeter scanners for airports, Karen has dedicated her time to mentoring female founders and advising startups on manufacturing and logistics strategies. Additionally, Karen serves as a founding board member and president of Trailhead Boise, a collaborative center for innovators. They have also been involved with various organizations, including Pacific Clinics and the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, while pursuing passions such as scuba diving and promoting women pioneers in film through GCG Productions.
