Jake Radelet is currently the Senior Salesforce CRM Manager at Pacers Sports & Entertainment, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Senior Manager of CRM & Analytics and the Manager of CRM & Analytics for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club from 2021 to 2025. Jake began their career as a Salesforce Business Analyst at Publicis Sapient and Gogo Business Aviation between 2018 and 2021. They also completed an Analytics Internship for Career Services at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2017. Jake is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at the University of Colorado Boulder.
