Alison Tarrats is an experienced professional in talent development and education, currently serving at the Pace Center for Girls, where responsibilities include managing the performance management process and supporting executive leadership. Previously, at St. Johns County School District, Alison facilitated trainings on conflict resolution and engagement strategies, while also acting as a liaison to resolve staff conflicts efficiently. Experience as a Lead Teacher at YMCA of Florida's First Coast involved supervising staff and improving student performance outcomes.
