Maria Franke has extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as Manager at P3 since March 2014, where previous roles included Senior Berater and Berater. Maria began her career as a Praktikant at Carl Zeiss AG in 2011, focusing on process optimization in logistics within surface treatment. Maria holds a Master of Science in technology and management-oriented business administration from the Technical University of Munich, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Technische Universität Ilmenau, awarded in 2012.
