Paul Simpson is a seasoned facilitator and director currently serving as the Head of Participation & Artist Development at Oxford Playhouse and a trustee of Oxford People’s Theatre. Previously, Paul gained a wealth of experience through roles such as Drama Teacher at Egglescliffe School and Outreach and Participation Assistant at Oxford Festival of the Arts and Magdalen College School. Paul’s expertise in community outreach and artist development is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in European Theatre Arts from Rose Bruford College. In past positions, Paul has directed productions and managed educational initiatives, fostering engagement in the arts across various platforms.
