Brian Shaw is an accomplished financial executive with a strong background in capital markets and investing activities. Currently, Brian serves as a director on multiple boards, including Ovintiv and Manulife Bank of Canada. Previously, Brian was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CIBC World Markets and held the position of Head of Global Equities Division. Brian has also served on the boards of PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. and Patheon. Brian is pursuing both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta while being a Chartered Financial Analyst.
