Ana Sousa has extensive experience in human resources and clinical psychology. Currently, Ana serves as a People Success Manager (HRBP) for Engineering and has previously held roles as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at OutSystems since February 2017. Ana's early career includes an HR Trainee position at QiBit Portugal and clinical psychology roles at Hospital Beatriz Ângelo, where Ana worked as a Clinical Psychologist and completed a Professional Internship in Clinical Psychology. Ana began this professional journey with an Academic Internship in Clinical Psychology at Unidade de Saúde Familiar do Arco. Ana obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade de Lisboa, completing the program in 2013.
