Rok Mioč is a seasoned game designer currently serving as Senior Lead Game Designer at OUTFIT7 since April 2021, with a progressive career that includes roles as Lead Game Designer, Game Designer, and Junior Game Designer. Prior experience includes co-founding and managing Društvo Metuzalem, a non-profit organization focused on Live-Action Role-Playing events from January 2017 to December 2020, and serving as a Community Developer at CEED Slovenia from November 2019 to March 2020, where communication and community engagement were key responsibilities. In an academic capacity, Rok contributed as a Student Laboratory Assistant at the University of Ljubljana in 2017-2018, gaining experience in fMRI imaging, and organized a public speaking workshop at Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna in June 2017.
