Martin Račák is a Senior Full-stack Engineer at Our World in Data, where they focus on functional programming and systems design. Previously, they worked as a Software Engineer at Metaculus from 2021 to 2024 and at Infinit s.r.o. from 2017 to 2021. Martin earned an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave, completing their studies in 2017. They are passionate about solving important problems to create a positive impact on the world.
