Julie Debacker is currently the Head of Client Experience Excellence at Osome, a role they have held since 2023. They have previously worked as a Client Success Manager at Bazaarvoice from 2018 to 2020 and as a Customer Success Lead at Digimind in 2022. Julie's career includes positions such as Operations Expert at Uber and Life Assistant at Cap Evasion. They earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and have also studied at Sun Yat-Sen University. Additionally, Julie is the founder of Petit Bestie since 2025.
