Molly Lancaster, PMP, has extensive project management experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Management for Platform Strategy and Ops Transformation at Oscar Health since March 2023. Prior to this role, Molly worked at HMS from April 2009 to March 2023, advancing from Account Analyst to RAC Coordinator, Project Manager, and finally Senior Project Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Client Service Analyst at Mercer from June 2007 to April 2009 and an internship with the Texas Collegiate League in 2006. Molly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, earned in 2007.
