Brooke Tiner is the Director of State Government Affairs at Oscar Health, bringing a wealth of experience in government and regulatory affairs. Previously, they served as the Lead Director of Government Affairs at CVS Health and spent 18 years at Aetna, where they managed governmental affairs across six southeastern states. Brooke also held roles as an Administrative Law Judge and Enforcement Attorney at the Georgia Department of Insurance & Safety Fire, providing legal guidance and representing the agency in administrative hearings. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Political Science and a Doctor of Law degree.
