Jeff Espersen is the Chief Merchandising Officer at Orva, specializing in e-commerce and overseeing a full range of consumer products. Previously, they served as General Manager and Chief Merchant at Zappos.com and 6pm.com, directing merchandising strategies that resulted in over $3 billion in annual gross sales. Espersen transformed Zappos’ merchandising operations to better align with customer needs and preferences, achieving double-digit sales growth. Prior to Zappos, they held the position of Vice President and General Merchandising Manager at DSW, where they developed the DSW Men’s Shoe Brand. Jeff holds a BA in Business Marketing from Seattle Pacific University.
