Andrew Ross is currently the Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Ornua Ingredients North America, where they drive food safety and quality initiatives. Previously, they served as the Director of Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory at Sartori Company, where they developed key performance indicators and implemented a Quality Management System. Andrew has also held various positions at Schreiber Foods, including US Food Safety and Quality Manager, where they achieved significant quality improvements and cost reductions. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and are pursuing a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development-Finance from Lakeland University.
