Avigail HarShemesh is an experienced engineer currently working at Ormat Technologies, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to this role, Avigail served as an Energy Engineer at CHACHAM from July 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included analyzing energy generation and consumption within the Kibbutz electrical grid and conducting technical reviews for various energy projects. Earlier experience as a Design Engineer at T.N.A Systems from July 2016 to October 2020 involved creating detailed project specifications and coordinating activities to ensure successful plant commissioning. Avigail began in the energy sector as an Energy Engineering student at Eco Capital LTD in early 2019, contributing to a conceptual model for CCHP. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Energy Engineering and an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy, both obtained from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
