Cecilie Baklund Bjerknes serves as the SVP, Head of Sales at Orkla Group since August 2019, leading strategic initiatives to transform the company into an industrial investment entity with a consumer-oriented focus. In addition, Cecilie is a co-founder of HIVE Community, which facilitates professional networking for parents on parental leave, organizing inclusive events. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Boston Consulting Group and UN Women, as well as analytical positions at Ennova and NORTH EAST GROUP. Cecilie holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School, along with an exchange semester at Korea University focusing on International Economics and Global Governance.
