Marilou LEMAIRE is a Graduate Formulation Chemist at Oriflame Cosmetics, focusing on skincare and personal care projects since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Technician Formulation Chemist and Intern Formulation Chemist at Skincare Technologies, where efforts were concentrated on developing microplastic replacements and creating a powder portfolio. At Symrise AG, Marilou served as an Innovation & Applied Research Apprentice, working on a thesis related to nanoemulsions of fragrance. A brief internship in research and development at Givaudan involved synthesizing natural active ingredients, while earlier experience at Itech Entreprise included cosmetic formulation projects. Marilou holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Cosmétologie from ECOLE SUPERIEURE DU PARFUM and UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, as well as a Licence in chemistry from the University of Montpellier. Additional training in olfaction was completed at Cinquième sens.
