Patience Mavhengere (PhD) has extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Senior Operations Superintendent at Orica since February 2023, overseeing operations across seven plants within the Ammonium Nitrate Complex and leading a team of 53 professionals. Previously, Patience worked as Operations Manager at Minova from December 2018 to December 2022, managing three manufacturing sites and a team of 120 employees, which resulted in doubled productivity and a reduced operational footprint.
