Tairema Dailey has a varied work experience in the field of software engineering and web development. Tairema started their career as a Freelance Web Developer at The Boston Globe in 2014. In the same year, they also worked as a Web Developer & Designer at Northeastern University, where they developed high-profile web projects and managed WordPress sites.

In 2014, Tairema worked as a Contract Web Developer at SVM and a Contract Front End Developer at CVS Health. Tairema then joined ShoeBuy as a Web UI Developer and later moved to Homesite Insurance as a Front-End Web Developer in 2015.

Tairema had a short-term contract as a UX Developer at Fidelity Investments in early 2016. Later that year, they worked as a Contract UX Developer at Monster, where they developed user experiences.

In 2017, Tairema joined Nevo Technologies as a Software Engineer. Tairema worked there until 2018 when they joined O'Reilly Media. At O'Reilly Media, they started as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Tairema is currently serving as the Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead.

Throughout their career, Tairema has gained experience in various programming languages, including HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and JSON. Tairema has shown proficiency in developing responsive websites, integrating mixed media, and managing WordPress themes.

Tairema Dailey obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Web Design & Interactive Media from The New England Institute of Art from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a concentration in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, majoring in Sociology. In addition to their formal education, Tairema also received a certification in JavaScript Development from General Assembly in June 2016.
