Michelle Waltrip is a Senior Lead Human Resources Generalist at the Department of Military Affairs, where they provide technical guidance on employee benefits and various HR regulations. Having served in the military since 2011 and as a federal human resource specialist since 2014, Michelle brings expertise in complex personnel issues and cross-training across multiple HR functions.
