Lanya Kader is currently the CSO Team Lead at Orega, where they focus on leading teams to achieve company objectives. Previously, Lanya worked as a Senior Membership Consultant and then Experience Manager at Virgin Active from 2024 to 2025. Prior to that, they served as a Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton and a Sales Associate at Harrods from 2017 to 2019. Lanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from Middlesex University, which they earned between 2018 and 2021.
