Jason Tan is the CEO and Head of Asia Pacific at Orchard Global, a credit-focused alternative investment firm based in Singapore. They have been instrumental in the firm's growth from under 30 employees to over 100 globally and in establishing a multi-billion AUM franchise over the past decade. Jason leads the legal structuring team focused on private credit and has developed the APAC investor base for the firm's structured credit business. Previously, they held leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and Allen & Overy, specializing in deal structuring and financial services. Jason graduated from Trinity College, Oxford with a degree in Jurisprudence and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
