Sara Scheef is a seasoned leader dedicated to enabling a safer digital society. They have held various roles in talent acquisition and management, beginning as a Recruiter Assistant within IT at Academic Work and progressing to IT Recruiter and Account Manager at TNG IT, where they specialized in recruiting top talent for leading IT companies in Sweden. Sara served as the Business Area Manager for TNG IT Digital and later became the Managing Director and currently the CEO of Ada Digital, where they focus on agile recruitment services within tech and digital domains. Currently, they work as the Professional Services Manager at Orange Cyberdefense and are engaged in a leadership program at Leaders Alliance focused on AI and business scaling.
