Ryan Pegler is the Founder and CEO of OpenField, a company dedicated to connecting overlooked athletes with local businesses and sports programs, currently serving in this role since June 2025. In addition to this, Ryan holds the position of Experiential Learning Consultant at Oracle, where the focus is on leveraging AI to enhance efficiency. Previous experiences include serving as a Counselor at YMCA of the USA, working in Operations at Life Time Inc., and conducting research and analysis as part of the Investment Team at Illini Blockchain. Ryan's financial acumen was further developed through an internship as an Investment Analyst Intern at Prairie Road Partners and will soon transition into the role of Incoming 360 Financial Analyst at Allstate. Academically, Ryan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by an exchange program at Università Bocconi.
