Roman Helmer is currently the HCM Center of Excellence EMEA North Leader at Oracle, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Roman served as an Experience Director at Oracle EMEA from 2016 to 2018. Roman's career began as a Programmer in PL/1 Assembler at Generali from 1988 to 1991 and included various IT roles such as IT Consultant at Lauda Air and Sales Consulting Manager at Oracle Austria GmbH. Roman's expertise in cloud architecture, SaaS, and PaaS has been honed through numerous leadership positions in consulting and technology throughout their career.
