Raquel Layson is currently a Group Manager in Technical Program Management at Oracle, having previously served as a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager and Senior Manager in the same field. Raquel's extensive experience includes positions as Vice President and Technology Manager at Wells Fargo from 2006 to 2020, where they focused on business systems consulting and web development. Raquel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Santo Tomas and has also engaged in studies at UC Berkeley Extension from 2020 to 2021.
