Paul Covington is currently the Global Director of Federal DevSecOps at Oracle, leading a worldwide team of 150 focused on engineering military-spec private cloud platforms. Previously, Paul served as Vice President of Engineering & Operations at NEC Corporation of America, where a 200-person team grew managed services revenue from $0 to $150 million. They have held key leadership roles at PrePass, Omnitracs, and Fujitsu Americas, consistently driving growth and operational efficiency. Paul is pursuing degrees in Telecommunications Management and Physical and Biological Anthropology from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and the University of California, Berkeley.
