Jorge Ferreiro is currently the Director of Business Operations for Strategic Initiatives at Oracle, where they also serve on the Country Leadership Team. Previously, they held various roles at McKinsey & Company, eventually becoming an Engagement Manager, and worked as a Manager of Corporate Development at Banco Popular Español, where they oversaw significant corporate transactions. Jorge began their career as a Credit Analyst Intern at Banco Santander S.A. and was a Regional Manager for Tillate.com España, where they established the brand in Madrid. They earned an MBA in Finance from IE Business School and a B.B.A. from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
