Heather Welter (Hejna) is a Principal Design Program Manager at Oracle, where they lead creative branding initiatives and manage complex projects across the organization. With over 10 years of experience in project management within marketing agency settings, Heather has effectively overseen high-profile campaigns, including the Oracle Health Conference and various branding efforts related to Oracle’s major acquisitions. Previously, they held project management roles at Life Time Inc. and ICF Next, where they developed and implemented marketing strategies for diverse clients. Heather earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications and English from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
