Heather MacQuarrie is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Oracle, specializing in Oracle Cloud Offensive Security. With a strong background in national security and intelligence analysis from their time as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency, Heather possesses extensive training in threat intelligence and cyber risk mitigation. Having previously held senior roles in cyber threat intelligence at Illuminate Mission Solutions and Vigilante ATI, Heather is passionate about identifying and combating sophisticated security threats. Currently pursuing a BS in Finance at George Mason University, Heather also dedicates time to supporting efforts against human trafficking.
