Arno Schots is currently the Digital Native Cloud Engineering Director EMEA at Oracle and the owner of Nazari Rigs, specializing in custom PC building for gaming, trading, and AI/ML applications. With extensive experience in IT architecture and project management, Arno has held leadership roles in various organizations, including ING and Hewlett Packard, where they developed and implemented complex IT solutions and risk management frameworks. Arno has also contributed to the Oracle community as a co-organizer of developer events and has been involved in business strategy consulting. Arno holds multiple degrees in information science and business administration, complemented by certifications in enterprise architecture and IT architecture.
